Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. As Christmas inches closer (Take a minute to lose it because I am) I’ve been really going to work making sure my skin looks somewhat decent. If your family is anything like mine (mainly my dear mother ft. in this blog) then you’ll be in roughly a good 1000 photos.
So, I decided to pick out a face mask from my arsenal, just a little something to “relax”. Today’s choice was by a company called The Original Korean Face Mask, The Pearl Sculpting Mask. This promised to brighten and give my skin an instant renewal! I bought it at Boscovs on a whim for a whopping $2.00.
Well… FAIL!
It comes in a powder form inside a plastic cup with a little spatula. You put water up to the line, mix then apply wait the standard 15 to 20 minutes and rinse…… (I’m sitting here typing this, laughing) My guess is that I mixed it for too long? Because it started to harden in the container! I run to the mirror and begin to slap it on my face. Honestly everyone in my house thinks I’ve lost it, this just adds to the proof.
Ah… now I had a chunky unspreadable goop on my face. The mask finally dries and after rinsing it off there was not much of a difference. My skin felt soft and it was good fun but I’m not going to repurchase another one.
If you do purchase this face mask just be aware that you need to apply it fast and there is a strong perfume smell.
If you have any questions or concerns make sure to leave a comment… Let’s chat!
Question of the day? Is it appropriate to re-gift something?

Korean Skincare is so popular these days! I’m sad the mask didn’t really work
